Retail Sales Associate- Gift Store at Orlando Airport

_*You are going to LOVE it here!*_ *Are you passionate about providing excellence in customer engagement and satisfaction?* *Would you get excited meeting people from all over the world and sharing your Florida pride?* *We are looking for Supervisors from the "_best of the best"_ to assist at our Neighborhood store located in the Orlando International Airport.
Product selection includes apparel, gifts, souvenirs and several unique items that celebrate the sunny state of Florida! These Supervisors may also cover shifts at our other two stores at the airport, This Socks! and This Socks and Co.
Full-time and part-time positions currently available.
Stores hours are 7 am - 9 pm.
Sunday availability is required.
* *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Interacting with customers, giving them product suggestions and communicating features and benefits of the items.
* Completing all the assigned tasks by the manager.
* Ringing sales accurately and efficiently on the cash register.
* Enthusiastically greet each customer upon entry into the store.
* Maintaining displays in the store and ensuring that they comply with company standards.
* Maintaining visual presentation and recovery standards throughout shift by assisting in folding and straightening projects.
* Assist with the processing of daily deliveries and properly placing the merchandise on the sales floor or back stock, as directed by the manager.
* Contribute positively to create a fun, upbeat, friendly environment within the store for both customers and fellow associates.
* Opening and closing the store, counting down tills, preparing deposits and performing other closing procedures.
*Skills and Specifications* * Should possess strong verbal communication skills.
* Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
* Should be a team player and have the ability to meet assigned tasks and goals.
*Education and Qualifications* * High school degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified institution.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time (minimum of 4 hours).
