In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their telecommunication needs, and promoting AT&T products and services.

*Responsibilities*:
_Client Relationship Management_
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
* Understand clients' business needs and challenges to provide tailored AT&T solutions
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on AT&T products and services
_Sales and Product Management_
* Stay informed about the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of AT&T solutions
* Effectively communicate the features and benefits of AT&T offerings to clients
_Documentation and Reporting_
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities
* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and achievements
_Team Collaboration_
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Share feedback and market insights with the team to contribute to overall business growth
*Qualifications*:
* Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
