Sales Booking Agent

Fredlaw Transportation LLC is an established and growing Carrier Agency and has an opening for entry level sales booking agents.
The position entails negotiating rate confirmation terms between our Carrier leased owner operators and approved credited freight brokerages, with available truck loads offered in the spot market.
Please keep in mind when applying that we are a Carrier Represented Agency.
We book market freight on to our own Carrier leased owner operators.
Experience involving the movement of freight by open deck and specialized equipment is preferred.
This position is an offsite, cloud based 1099 contractor position, with a commission base on individual productivity.
Booking / dispatching experience is a plus.
Applicant should have a proven track record in customer service, knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong negotiation skills This position is a full-time (9am to 5pm M-F east coast time) contracted position, applicant should be able to work independently, and as a contributing member of the agency team.
Applicant needs to possess a computer, printer, and telephone line (cell or land line) Full support and training in agency procedure is provided at no cost to the contractor.
