Job Summary
The Patient Coordinator, known in the Relive organization as a Client Advocate, is responsible for educating and producing the sale of wellness, regenerative services, and treatment plans to clients.
They must possess complete knowledge of all products and services exclusive to Relive Health, including hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and IV therapy.
The Client Advocate is responsible for client relationship management, servicing clients through follow-up practices, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or treatments while offering personalized solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
This individual is the direct point of contact with clients and ensures that their needs and expectations are fully met and they are completely satisfied throughout their relationship with Relive.
Responsibilities
Acquisition of new clients through the follow-up of lead generation, referrals, marketing efforts, and events.
Serves existing clients through follow-up of effectiveness of current plans, monitoring results, and feedback.
Understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements, effectively positioning our services or treatments that best fit.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services or treatments to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
Ability to showcase features, benefits, and value of our services and treatments offered.
Meets and exceeds sales goals.
Provides feedback on effectiveness of marketing plans
Full understanding of all services/ products/ operating systems
Answers clients’ questions regarding products, services, and pricing.
Resolves client complaints and queries.
Submits purchase orders and informs management of purchase actions.
Maintains client files with appropriate follow up and updates
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
1 year of general sales experience.
Sales experience in the medical field specifically in Hormone Replacement Therapy is ideal.
Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, multi task, achieve company set objectives
Maintain patience and composure managing client care
Ability to work productively and effectively in an unsupervised environment
Possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills
