You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and joining them along their home-finding journey.
Put your extraordinary communication abilities to use in order to keep the whole process running smoothly and keep everyone up-to-date.
Once the lead agent has all of the information about what the client is looking for, you'll jump in and help them locate the home of their dreams.
At that point, you will show them the selection of properties that match their criteria and provide guidance when it comes time for them to make their offer.
The lead agent will take over once the transaction is ready to go.
We require a creative, detail-oriented individual with the capability to create great relationships.
Additionally, a valid real estate license is required for this role.

Compensation:
$25 - $50 hourly + bonus
Responsibilities:
Showing multiple client homes, providing them with an exceptional experience throughout the process
Proactively identifying new homes that meet the criteria specified by the lead agent, utilizing your market knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients
Assisting the lead agent with inspections, walk-throughs, appraisals, and closings to ensure a smooth and successful transaction
Collaborating with the lead agent and team to convert leads into clients, supporting our growth and expansion in the market
Building and strengthening relationships between our team and our clients, cultivating a positive and supportive experience at every stage of the process
Developing strong relationships with agents on our team, fostering a collaborative and supportive team dynamic that drives success
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License
Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members
Highly organized with strong attention to detail to manage complex transactions
Personable with a positive attitude to create an exceptional experience for our clients
Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to show properties and meet with clients
Energetic with a strong work ethic to drive results and achieve success
Coachable and willing to learn new skills to continuously improve performance
A team player with a collaborative mindset to support the growth of our team and business
Passionate about real estate and motivated to make a positive impact on clients' lives
Proven ability to succeed in real estate or a related field, demonstrating strong sales skills and a results-driven mentality
