We are looking for a Hotel Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing distribution channels, such as online travel agents (OTAs), direct channels and wholesalers.
What Will I be Doing?
Participate in promotions and campaigns through all distribution channels.
Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues to maintain rate parity.
Analyze data and market trends from various extranets and reporting to better understand markets and develop outstanding promotions and campaigns.
Work directly with revenue and inventory teams to develop marketing strategies that improve revenue budgets.
Responsible for updating and ensuring all content is listed accurately on our property websites, including third party sites.
Prepare weekly and monthly updates for assigned regions recapping current and possible marketing opportunities.
Represent HGV brand in related partner events and conferences.
May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
What Are We Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and/or hotel field required.
Strong attention to detail, as well as keen analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication both orally and in writing.
Basic to intermediate digital literacy with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality partnerships and channel distribution.
System connectivity experience, specifically TravelClick.
Experience with online travel agent extranets and understanding of wholesalers.
