POSITION SUMMARY
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, design, and execution of key marketing campaigns to educate buyers on our services and solutions, fill the sales funnel with quality leads, elevate our brand and core principles, and promote client and industry events.
Ideal candidates will have experience with a wide variety of marketing disciplines and tools to create high-impact digital marketing campaigns, manage digital advertising, and leverage marketing automation to maximize results.
This is a full-time remote position where you will work closely with other members of the Marketing and Sales Operations team to accomplish our mutual goals.
The salary for this position is $85,000 + (negotiable based on experience).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, design, and execution of demand generation campaigns to fill the sales funnel with quality leads, educate and nurture potential clients throughout the sales cycle, and produce prospects and opportunities for the sales team
Build campaigns targeting specific market segments, key verticals, roles, company types, and named accounts
Execution of campaigns and related marketing for webinars, email campaigns, in-person events, vendor sponsorships, retargeting, and brand awareness
Build end-to-end campaigns that include search engine marketing (SEM), social media, e-mail marketing, buyer education, and supporting elements within the sales cycle
Assist with the development of content, including copywriting and creative design for in-house campaigns, and coordination with 3rd party vendors for more extensive campaigns
Management of Google Ads platform and advertising campaign in cooperation with our Google Ads vendor
Tracking and management of marketing development funds related to demand generation activities and campaigns
Regular reporting on campaign performance, revenue attribution, ROI metrics, and A/B testing
Coordination with Sales Operations and Client Success on campaigns, contact lists, lead generation, and other sales initiatives
DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
MSP or SaaS company experience preferred
2+ years of experience in demand generation or marketing
2+ years building and managing campaigns within HubSpot
Must have a detail-oriented, self-starting mindset
Strong creative and advertising design skills
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, sales or related field
