Function Space Sales Manager - Signia Orlando Bonnet Creek
The stunning is looking for a Function Space Sales Manager to join their Sales team.
This position is responsible for managing function space for all groups 10+ peak night, ensures all function space is entered into the Function Book appropriately, analyses data for function space usage in order to maximize sales opportunities, gathers all group guest room and function space history for 301+ peak night and provides reporting out of function book when needed by Director of Sales.

What will I be doing?
Responsible for taking the space that has been approved by Commercial Leadership and entering it into Delphi-FDC for all groups 10+ at the appropriate time in the sales process.
Responsible for entering space submitted by the Sales and Events Optimization Manager for definite groups that have turned definite and turned over to Event Services.
Reviews files as they are turned over to Event Services to ensure that function space information is loaded accurately into Delphi
Responsible for gathering history for groups 300+ at time space is submitted to be entered.
History to be gathered includes actual room block pickup and space usage.
Once gathered the data will be attached to booking in Delphi
Analyze meeting space usage identifying opportunities for space which is not committed and/or under-utilized.
Maintain running historical function space occupancy and revenue generated per meal/time period per Sq ft.
Provides reporting on Function Space Data when needed for the DOS and DORM
Analyses data for function space usage in order to maximize sales opportunities
Supports analysis of function space usage by providing information upon request.
What are we looking for?
To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum of one year of Hotel experience in guest contact areas.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to travel on short notice and adaptable to schedule changes.
Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills.
