Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing marketing and communication support to the Marketing Manager.
This position requires someone with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, someone who is a dedicated and upbeat team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
Assist with the design and creation of high-quality graphic projects to support all aspects of marketing.
Assist the Alternative Delivery Group in the preparation of proposals for design/build and other alternative delivery construction projects.
Prepare, Print, and order artwork that may include advertising, brochures, flyers, forms, specialty displays and publications.
Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting feedback, analyzing data, and providing feedback.
Conducting research to analyze the competitive landscape and market trends.
Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Handle interdepartmental communications and requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Design or Marketing preferred but not required.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with web design and content management tools.
Comfortable in using MS Office 365 products.
Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Creative thinker that is highly organized and detailed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Can work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner are crucial.
Other duties may include filing, record keeping, data entry, assisting in other areas as needed and performing a variety of other office tasks.
