The Director - Marketing is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market & sales strategy and achieving company goals.
Essential functions may include but are not limited to:
Dictate and execute strategic planning for the Marketing department.
Develop a plan for the strategic direction of promotion and advertising.
Partner with the manager of the Marketing department to sustain and grow programs and services.
Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
Ensure performance goals are met and set for the Marketing department.
Attend and preside over meetings.
Participate in corporate strategic planning to grow the LMG brand based on market research and competitor analyses.
Business and market development through market research and planning.
Communicate with other departments on products and solutions.
Develops annual sales plan and budgets in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
Maintain discipline, investigate and resolve performance issues, document circumstances and recommend and implement disciplinary action as required.
Handle employee grievances and maintain harmonious employee relations.
Counsel and coach employees, develop performance appraisals, conduct reviews and provide resources to assist employees to achieve maximum performance.
Base Salary Range: $88,060/year - $130,499/year This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position.
Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
