KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
Spearhead outbound sales efforts to unlock new territories, utilizing a diverse range of channels including Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, and local media.
Additionally, promptly respond to inbound leads daily to maximize sales opportunities.
Execute follow-up calls diligently, striving to nurture relationships and unearth potential opportunities with every customer, thereby mitigating the risk of business loss.
Proactively track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, continuously assessing progress towards targets.
Adapt strategies as necessary to not only meet but exceed all set goals.
Collaborate in conducting follow-up calls on missed opportunities, contributing to the overall retention and growth strategy of the sales team.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of sales experience, B2B sales, consultative selling and solution selling experiences are pluses
Previous successful phone selling skills preferred
High School diploma or GED required
General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus.
