*Customer Service Trainee Position Responsibilities:*
* Initiate and complete customer service and sales process for client products and services through direct introduction to local consumers
* Collaborate with other Customer Service Trainees and management to build on customer service options given current sales options
* Build a sound understanding of the communications industry and client developments to represent client abilities and offerings in the local community properly
* Train on client protocol, products, promotions, sales, and specialized discounts to properly service potential customers
* Approach customers with friendly and respectful communication to prompt conversation and initiate the sales process

* Have professional and effective communication skills
* Be enthusiastic about working with others both within the office and with potential consumers
* Take the time to collaborate with other office departments and fellow Customer Service Trainees to build more sales, customer service, and product knowledge

*Basic Qualifications for Customer Service Trainee Position:*
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
* Ability to absorb entry-level training and implement it in consumer-focused situations
* Practical communication skills, whether working in the office or with potential customers
