That’s what we do, and that is what drives us! POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing and Services Intern will research, execute, and support Noble's growth strategy.
This exciting position will expose the intern to strategic marketing and service programs with the world's top pharmaceutical brands while positively impacting patients' lives.
This position will support projects at all stages of development and throughout the product lifecycle.
Previous interns who are relentless in their pursuit of learning, passionate about patient engagement, have a solid academic foundation, and are hard workers have had tremendous success in this role.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Conduct a market analysis for Noble's target segments, including specialty pharmacy, market access, and pharmacovigilance, to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Support Noble's commercial team by conducting pipeline intelligence, customer segmentation, and identifying decision-makers within target accounts.
Collaborate with Noble's marketing team to support the rollout and launch of our updated branding and marketing strategy.
Conduct literature reviews to collect secondary research on ergonomics, anthropometrics, and patient experience for Noble's core business.
Evaluate Noble's current marketing plan and positioning and provide recommendations for expanding our reach and impact.
Present research findings and recommendations to Noble's leadership team.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Skills): Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or relevant scientific domain from an accredited institution A sleeve-roller that seizes opportunities to take action and get things done.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates a positive and professional, office-like demeanor.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools in a Windows environment.
Exhibits ethical behavior and confidentiality and maintains Noble's core values.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: N/A TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Less than 10% of the time is required PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Mental - Requires a relatively high degree of concentration intermittently to compile reports and analyze data approximately 50% of time; periods of mental effort and concentration followed by other aspects of the job with lesser concentration and attention requirements.
Physical - Requires walking/standing approximately 20%, sitting approximately 80% and lifting up to 15 lbs.
