440 Insurance Agent

Duties: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling - Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and claims - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage - Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships - Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements - Bilingual skills (multilingual preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse client base - Proficient in using technology tools such as CRM software, email, and telecommunication systems - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
