Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting the appropriate insurance coverage and provide detailed information on policy options.
New Business Development: Actively prospect and secure new clients to expand the agency's customer base.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to provide accurate and helpful advice to clients.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide superior customer service.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License required.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Winter Garden area and local insurance market.
