Do you have a passion for cleaning and curiosity about working with heavy equipment? We are currently seeking a Custodial Utility Cast Member -to work at Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts! In this role, we use specialized equipment such as pressure washers, leaf blowers, sweeper trucks, pickup trucks, box trucks, forklifts, rider vacuum cleaners, and lifts.
For every day activity this may include removing debris from waterways, cleaning fountains, scrubbing exterior walls of buildings, cleaning high reach windows, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, clean/extract carpets with portable mounts, pressure wash concrete and other surfaces, and cleaning hazardous spills across the WDW property.
Utility Cast may also be asked to perform regular custodial duties such as cleaning tables, emptying trashcans, cleaning restrooms, using chemicals, sweeping and general area cleaning.
The starting pay rate for this role is $17.
40 per hour.

Responsibilities :
Working at a different height ranges to clean buildings walls and windows
Pressure wash concrete and other surfaces
Operate heavy-duty vehicles such as forklifts, pallet jacks, sweeper trucks, scissor lifts, utility trailers, and aerial lifts, among others
Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors with proper chemicals when applicable
Work in outdoor settings during various weather conditions
Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.
) may be required to wear.
Cast Members will be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Complete tasks with accurate use of equipment, tools or systems related to performance of assigned responsibilities
Remove debris from waterways and flumes and clean basins and decorative fountains
Clean and extract carpets with portable trailer mounts
Clean hazardous spills with personal protective equipment
Basic Qualifications :
Be at least 18 years of age
A valid US Driver’s License to be able to drive company vehicles and use of the heavy equipment not excluding tractors, pick-up trucks, backhoe, etc
Physical role requiring heavy lifting, walking, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, and kneeling
Shown experience working with heavy equipment like cardboard baler, forklift
Perform all job responsibilities safely using personal protective equipment
Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of (3) THREE days per week, including nights and holidays
3rd shift positions begin working at 10:00 pm or later like 3:00 am or 4:00 am
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous construction experience
Previous pressure washing experience
Previous Farm experience
Previous experience using specialized floor cleaning equipment (buffers and carpet care cleaners) preferred
Previous experience using ride-on sweeper/scrubber equipment preferred

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
