Our 46 year-old, Family owned Design/Build firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
* Allocate resources for assigned projects
* Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
* Interface with designers, project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
* Negotiate with sub-contractors to receive reasonable order costs
* Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in residential remodeling and project management
* Strong leadership qualities
* Extensive MEP knowledge
* Experience facilitating full scale remodels of high-end kitchens and bathrooms
* Strong negotiation skills
* Deadline and detail-oriented
