Project Manager - Construction

THIS IS A TRAVELING POSITION.
PHASE I-SETUP 1.
Setup job using the Job Setup Checklist.
2.
Buyout all materials, labor, and subcontracts.
3.
Process all submittals.
PHASE 2-IN PROGRESS Daily… 1.
Write RFIs when required.
2.
Prepare Owner Change Orders when required (and send request for quotes to subs).
3.
Issue sub change orders when required.
Weekly… 1.
WEEKLY: Hold weekly OAC meetings (use Chime, or Goggle Meets, etc.
to share screen).
2.
WEEKLY: Upload OAC Meeting minutes and Weekly Photos to BIM 360.
3.
WEEKLY: Hold weekly meetings with site manager (SM/PM meeting).
4.
WEEKLY: Hold weekly meetings with operations manager (PM/OM meeting).
5.
WEEKLY: Update schedule and send out Weekly Progress report.
Monthly… 1.
MONTHLY: Process subs pay apps & Owner’s pay app.
2.
MONTHLY: Prep job financial overview.
PHASE 3-CLOSEOUT 1.
Gather closeout documents from subs and organize them to transmit to Owner.
2.
Work with SM to obtain final building inspection and certificate of occupancy.
3.
Work with SM to manage and complete the Owner punch list.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.
