Production Manager

*Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Manager to join our team.
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from scheduling and inventory tracking to quality control and team management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of improving production efficiency and meeting targets.
*Responsibilities:* · Utilize experience in manufacturing to optimize production processes and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Electronics manufacturing is a plus.
· Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
· Implement inventory tracking and purchasing procedures to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing excess inventory.
· Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Instrument repair and maintenance, ensure a timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards.
· Coordinate with the R&D team to facilitate the smooth transition of new projects into production.
· Conduct regular quality checks and testing to identify and diagnose failures in products produced on the production line.
· Oversee the supervision, training, and day-to-day activities of personnel in the production line, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
· Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems within specified deadlines.
· Manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while minimizing downtime.
· Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy and efficiency.
*Qualifications:* · 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
· Proven experience in production scheduling, inventory tracking, and purchasing.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
· Experience in developing and implementing new procedures and processes to improve production efficiency and accuracy.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
