_ *Compensation and Benefits*_ · Earn $70,000 - $130,000+ annually (Figures include base pay + commission).

_*The Sales Representative will:*_ · Get trained in the most effective ways to sell roofs and other home exterior products.
· Become an expert in the products and services sold by Mighty Dog Roofing.
· Self-generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and neighborhood canvassing.
· Receive and close company-generated leads.
· Perform property inspections.
Write and provide estimates through effective sales presentations.
· Be part of a fast-growing company with ample opportunities over time to learn and earn more.
_*Job Requirements:*_ · Valid driver’s license.
· Must be able to carry and climb a ladder to perform roof assessments.
· 2+ years of sales or retail experience is required.
· Roofing or construction experience preferred but not required.
· Achieve a monthly minimum of $85,000 in contracted sales that result in built projects.

_*Work Environment*_ Mighty Dog Roofing’s Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a variety of both on-site projects and office-related tasks.
This is a full-time position.
Some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9 to 5’ job.
Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.
The Sales Representative will be required to climb a ladder (up to two stories) and conduct assessments and measurements on residential and commercial roofs.
This role will report directly to the Franchise Owner based in Oviedo, FL.
