For this position, we are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to support the Lead Superintendent and the project team in an incredibly fun and rewarding environment.

As a Lead Healthcare Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Take ownership of your role to give back to military veterans and their families
* Work in a people-first, family-oriented organization with a strong heart for veterans and giving back to the veteran community through their projects and other initiatives.
* Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors
* Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field
* Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors
* Plan, coordinate, and manage job site logistics
* Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality

* Have 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry?

* Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?
