Assistant Superintendent Finishing

Assistant Superintendent Finishing Desired Knowledge and Experience- 3+ years' experience in Residential Construction Project Management; Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Experience in large ground-up wood frame builds Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
Extensive computer knowledge (Windows, internet, e-mail, project management software) A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
