Description:*JOB SUMMARY*
As a Service Administrator in the Cabinet Division, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the division.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_ _*_include the following.

_Coordinating and scheduling service appointments for cabinet installations, repairs, and maintenance.

* Communicating with customers to gather necessary information to schedule warranty appointments, create service tickets.
* Maintaining accurate records of service requests, and appointments.
* Coordinating and scheduling service appointments for cabinet installations, repairs, and maintenance.
* Collaborating with the field and sales team to ensure timely completion of cabinet projects and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Assisting in the preparation of service reports, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
* Maintain business relationships with new and existing customers.
* Providing general administrative support, updating interoffice systems, and organizing documents.
* Regular and reliable attendance.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* _This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
