*IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE*
* Setting targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for your roofing sales team
* Plan and implement roofing sales training and development programs
* Recruiting, onboarding, and training new roofing sales reps
* Coaching roofing sales reps to help them improve their sales performance
* Participating in spontaneous sales ride-a-longs and planned field days
* Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming roofing sales reps
* Managing roofing sales reps adhere to the company sales process firmly
* Managing roofing sales reps to use sales technologies correctly
* Holding team-building events on-site or offsite
* Motivating and engaging your roofing sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition
* Setting a good example for your team.
Working according to company culture and values, prioritizing ruthlessly, using good communication, and delivering results effectively
* Working directly out of our Sanford, Florida office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.
00 - $180,000.
