WSP is currently initiating a search for an Project Manager, Aviation to work out of our Orlando Airport, Florida Project office .
Our Aviation Technical Excellence Center provides project management, engineering and planning services for airports facilities, terminals and supports WSP's projects around the world.
The Aviation team works on multiple projects simultaneously, in close coordination with other technical departments.

Airside, safety….
Understanding of scope, schedule and budget
Participates in client development and relations activities including meetings, conferences and other industry events
Development of project scopes, budgets and schedules
Understanding and participating with technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations and meetings
Maintenance of clear lines of communication and contractual relationship between Project Manager and design team
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Optional)
10+ years of experience in Aviation and Transit with Automated People Mover (APM) system
Able to review contract documentation at all stages of the project
Ability to understanding AutoCAD/ construction drawings, use of Bluebeam or similar.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with aviation procedures
Strong airside and landside experience on large and medium hub U.
S.
commercial airports
Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients
Valid driver's license, must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges as outlined in the Company's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy
Ability to attain Airport AOA badge
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
