Accelerated Construction is looking for experienced project managers and superintendents in the commercial construction industry.
We are a growing, mid-sized general contractor out of Orlando, FL.
Projects are statewide, assigned per your geographical area.
We are currently Hiring for both Day Shift and Overnight Remodel Shifts.
Restaurant Construction and ground up experience is a plus.
Pay is above industry average and based on experience.

Project Managers Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing 3-5 jobs at a time, managing/assisting superintendents with day to day construction activities, subcontractor negotiations, budget management, client relations, purchase orders, material acquisition, office work and Schedule Management
Superintendents Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the day to day operations of the project.
Coordinating with project manager and subcontractors to maintain schedule and ensure project is completed on time.
Superintendents are expected to communicate with Project Manger, all subcontractors, suppliers, and client on a daily basis.
Responsible for quality control and safety compliance management.
Minor Carpentry/Labor work may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.
