The Project Manager coordinates and interfaces with the Production Manager, Operations Manager, and General Contractor.
We’re looking for someone who is strong-minded, goal-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about meeting deadlines and communicating results.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers (General Contractors)
* Update operations manager on the installation schedule
* Review drafts for approval
* Completes all submittals including color selection, drafts, and engineering
* Field Measure at the site location
* Attend Weekly Production Meetings
* Manages 30-50 projects on an ongoing basis
Qualifications: (Must be able to)
* Work 40-45 hours a week
* Comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortably work within deadlines
* Stay organized and explain results
* Be self-sufficient and self-reliant
* Have reliable transportation
* Must have valid Florida Drivers License (commuting to project site)

Experience Required
* Minimum 1 year of construction experience in a commercial environment.

* Fluency in Spanish/English

* A.
A Degree in Communications, Construction, or equivalent.
