Responsibilities:
* Assist the project manager with the job setup, both the jobsite and the in the project management programs
* Manage all of the project contracts, commitments, compliance items and other field documents utilizing Procore
* Assist in the permitting process and maintain the permit log
* Process project invoices, track NTOs, lien releases
* Assist in preparation of owner billing, follow up on owner payments
Requirements:
* 2-5 Years previous experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor
* Good command of oral and written English language and computer skills
* Preferred experience with the following software or similar software: Office 365 , Bluebeam , Procore , Sage 300 , CRE Timberscan , myCOI , Docusign
