Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Residential Construction Sales & Project Manager.
This dynamic position offers the opportunity to leverage construction expertise in a fast-paced sales environment, managing projects from initial client contact to successful completion.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have construction experience - back end a must, front end a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients to identify and secure residential remodeling projects.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project needs and translate them into detailed scopes of work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project goals, expectations, and requirements to all team members.
Skills:
- Able to create and maintain schedule for multiple vendors.
- Develop strong working partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for client approval.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate project vision and value.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in residential remodeling construction with a strong understanding of back-end construction process.
- Proven success in sales and relationship building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid FL drivers License
Compensation:
- Salary/Compensation dependant on experience.
