As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial settings.
Your duties will include interpreting specifications and blueprints, ensuring code compliance, handling client queries, and managing project timelines and resources.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial settings, including toilet, faucet, and water heater installations or replacements;
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance;
Interpret specifications and blueprints for job completion;
Handle client queries, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and prepare cost estimates;
Ensure all materials, equipment, and tools are available to complete assigned projects; and
Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial plumbing experience.
Proficiency in shop math and working skillfully with tools, metals, and machines.
Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, or blueprints.
Ability to work within precise limits and standards.
Appropriate journeyman experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with Planning Calendars.
Flexibility to perform a variety of duties which may change often.
Willingness to travel within the state of Florida.
