PERMITTING CLERK (Kissimmee)

Ace Solves It All is looking to hire a Permitting Clerk.
This position is responsabile to gathering information from our technicians and pulling Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning permits all over Central Florida as well as completing paper work for NOC ( Notice to Owner Documents.
Most permits can be done electronicly but we aldo have a permit runner who we use as needed.
Also need to schedule inspections as needed to make sure all permits are closed out as well as scheduling power company appointments as needed.
exspirence would be great but willing to train the right person.
this is an office position based out of Kissimmee Florida This is a full time position Monday through Friday We offer benifits as well as a 401K program please send in your resume to be considered.
