As a Property Inspector & Light Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties meet and exceed the expectations of our guests.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, performing light maintenance tasks, and promptly addressing any issues that may arise.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough property inspections to assess cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition
* Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and troubleshooting electrical problems
* Address any guest concerns or maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
* Document inspection findings and maintenance activities accurately
* Coordinate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations
* Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall success of the business
*Requirements:*
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to use a mobile device for communication and reporting purposes
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work weekends (Thursday to Monday)
