Vacation rental home inspector

Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple properties and communities each day .
Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance as needed but not limited to:Cable/Wi-Fi troubleshooting : Light Plumbing : Appliance troubleshooting :Basic HVAC repair Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management team providing cross coverage if necessary to ensure urgent issues are addressed, Performing home inspections and maintenance duties and identify the need for major repairs .
Cleaning properties exteriors as and when needed including light sweeping/dusting/ bleaching / pressure washing.
Some evening hours may be required for emergency issues as needed, Providing 5 star customer service to guests and owners by ensuring all homes are well maintained general repairs, preventative maintenance and inspections.
Weekends are part of the working week.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
00 - $20.
