* Prospect and contact potential customers.
* Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
* Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project.
* Attend to multiple customers at the same time while keeping track of your files.
* Work together with co-workers to properly take care of the customer.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry * Self-motivated, money-driven, multi-tasker * Ability to build rapport with clients.
* Ability to listen and take advice.
