Roof Repair Technician

*Repairs Technician Job Description* *Supervisor:* Repairs Manager *General Job Description:* The primary function of the Repairs Technician will be responsible for repairing damaged structures and roof repairs, *Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:* * Inspect and identify issues for proper repairs.
* Reviewing the scope of work for materials needed for repairs.
* Perform roofing service-related tasks such as roof leak detection and repair on all types of flat and steep sloped roof systems.
* Soffit/fascia repair * Other roofing repairs and projects as needed.
* Complete daily paperwork and work orders * Other duties may be assigned depending on the company needs.
*Qualifications & Skills:* * Previous roofing installation experience with knowledge of various roofing systems * Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual.
* Time management and staying organized.
* Problem solver * Knowledge in all safety concepts while performing the duties.
* Portray a positive company image while engaging with homeowners.
* Self-motivated, self-disciplined, driven and a team player.
* Woodworking experience a plus * Must be able to read, write and speak English.
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
*Requirements:* * Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Clean Driving Record * Must be able to travel within the state of Florida.
* Must be able to adjust to last minute requests and schedule changes.
*Physical Requirements:* * Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
* Must be able to climb roofs or varying pitches and heights.
* Must be able to climb ladders.
* Must be able to work under all type of weather.
* Must be able to work for long period of time.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
