The Job
The Labor Planner identifies the the amount of personnel that needs to be sent to the construction job to complete the build.
Then, will schedule the personnel using InProductions planning systems.
Follow up, communication, and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Schedules employees and the movement of work force based on production schedules on a daily basis.
Partners with Operations and Sales to ensure the staffing of each area is appropriate to meet production demand
Communicates with team members' regarding schedules, vacation requests, and overtime
Adjust and communicate schedules as needed to align with immediate needs of production and/or customer demand
Engage with operational and finance at the corporate level to communicate local staffing scenarios and production abilities
Manages the rotation of employee schedules to develop a stronger work-life balance for InProduction employees
Collaborates with managers, foremen, and crew leads to ensure accurate manpower reporting.
Requirements
2-3 years of schedule planning experience
Up to 50% travel.
Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are highly desired
Experience with commercial tenting preferred.
