Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
- Fabricate or repair structures, furniture, and fixtures as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize smart phone to track work orders and document repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks
- Proficient in various maintenance and repair techniques, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
