Hourly Pay Rate: $32.

com How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? - Maintain and repair of production related equipment in the Air Separation Unit such as compressors, pumps, motors, valves, gauges and vessels.
o Perform basic disassembly and rebuild of mechanical equipment.
o Remove and install motors and compressors.
o Coordinate the installation, alignment, commissioning of repaired/rebuild rotating equipment.
o Change out mechanical seals, basic repairs on valves.
o Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks and document in CMMS system.
- Perform basic low voltage electrical system maintenance, process control loop and readout calibrations, and fabrication of various manifolds and systems - Coordinate and perform bed change outs.
- Perform general welding operations.
- Perform minor repairs on standard building systems such as HVAC equipment, plumbing, and sprinkler systems.
Maintain and perform jobs related to the general upkeep of the plant such as lighting repairs, door repairs, replacing railings, patching and painting walls, etc.
- Order the necessary parts and/or equipment from designated vendors to complete a job task.
Maintain specific stock levels of critical parts.
- Work with contractors on various repairs and projects in the plant.
- Keep all tools and power equipment in a safe working condition.
- Understand the operation of the production plant.
- Calibrate quality assurance product analyzers and perform quality testing on product - Read and interrupt plant Stand Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company standards - Troubleshoot plant issues.
