is currently seeking experienced and dedicated (preferably Journeyman level) Commercial Electrical Installers to join our team.
As a Commercial Electrical Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems in various commercial settings.
This position specifically requires working the night shift to accommodate our clients' needs.
Our service locations primarily cover Central Florida, although assignments may take you anywhere within the state.
The ability to travel for a week at a time and work 100% on nights is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities:
Performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with local codes, industry standards, and blueprints.
Collaborating and effectively communicating with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and team members, to determine project requirements, and timelines, and ensure efficient workflow.
Reading, interpreting, and utilizing electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to plan the layout and installation of wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Installing and connecting electrical wiring, conduit, fittings, switches, outlets, and various electrical components.
Testing electrical systems and circuits to ensure proper functioning, compliance with safety standards, and identifying any issues.
Troubleshooting electrical problems and executing necessary repairs or replacements to restore functionality.
Adhering to established safety guidelines, including implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment.
Maintaining a clean, organized work area
Working during the night shift to meet the specific scheduling needs of our clients.
Traveling to various locations within Central Florida and across the state as required.
Stay out of town when the location of the project requires

Proven experience as a Commercial Electrical Installer.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams.
Ability to use hand and power tools commonly employed in electrical installations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
