There is a LOT of work to be done to these properties including construction management and managing the rehabs/ improvement projects in the properties.
We need a reliable and trustworthy individual to assist us with the new projects taking place in these properties.
You will be in charge of hiring new contractors along with holding them accountable for quality work, visiting each job site every few weeks, reporting back results, achieving RESULTS.
* *Compensation and Bonuses: salary plus bonuses (BASED ON RESULTS)* *Job duties include:* Travel to properties that require renovations.
Auditing the work being done by contractors and reviewing the finalized project to ensure it meets expectations.
Find contractors and hire them.
Report everything and be organized.

*Must live at least 1 hour radius away from Orlando, Florida.
* *This will be an in-office position with some travel to the properties requiring renovation.
* *No out of state or remote candidates will be chosen.
* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $80,000.
