The Corporate Facilities and Contracting Manager is responsible for helping ensure that ETP offices operate efficiently by expertly planning and directing building-related services by creating safe/practical work space/environment for employees and activities.
They are expected to manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout and facility expansion.
Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
Inspects construction and installation progress has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
Responsible for preventive maintenance of facility and office equipment, including HVAC.
Responsible for all national contracts/leases with respect to facility related equipment and vendor relationships.
Recommends and manages insurance requirements for facilities and vehicles.
Oversee and participate in the cleaning and overall maintenance of the facility.
Keep in compliance with all safety and security protocols and of all OSHA regulations in coordination with HR and safety partner.
Ensure the building and grounds are safe by conducting periodic safety inspection audits.
Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
Manage emergency evacuation plan for building.
Base Salary Range: $66,000/yr - $98,000/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position.
Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
