We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role will primarily focus on providing support in billing, invoicing, and scheduling functions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing: Generate and process invoices accurately, ensuring adherence to billing procedures and timelines.
Address any billing-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
Scheduling Assistance: Assist in managing appointments, meetings, and calendars efficiently.
Coordinate scheduling activities to optimize time and resources.
People Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Maintain a positive and service-oriented approach.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Familiarity with other office software is a plus.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on billing and scheduling support.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
