Asst. Superintendent/Field Engineer

Garcia Civil Contractors has an opening for an Assistant Superintendent/ Field Engineer with Heavy Civil Construction experience.
Candidate should have the following experience: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
* Experience with flat and structural concrete, earthwork and drainage.
* Understanding of field operations and productions.
* Experience with FDOT and local municipalities procedure, heavy highway experience.
* Must have excellent communication skills with team members, clients and subcontractors.
* Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills.
* Must be able to anticipate project material and labor needs to assist Superintendent in material ordering and crew scheduling.
* Must have a valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the US.

Paid time off provided.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.
