12, 2024 Description:Lockheed Martin is looking for a skilled and motivated Material Processor to join our team at our Orlando Missiles & Fire Control facility.
As a Material Processor, you will play a critical role in supporting the production of our products by systemically and physically processing various types of materials for use in manufacturing.
Your responsibilities could include: • Processing of materials through various means such has receiving, warehouse storage and retrieval, tool crib, or movements between manufacturing zones • Work with hazardous materials while adhering to safety guidelines • Follow detailed procedures for tracking inventory and ensuring proper labeling of materials for identification • Collaborate with other members of the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of products • Operate equipment including pallet jacks, reach/pallet stackers, and other material handling equipment to process and move materials #mfcprodopsICs Basic Qualifications: Candidate must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance Must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in accordance with the collective Bargaining Agreement Ability to lift and move manufactured assemblies, parts, and materials to and from various locations within the manufacturing facility Desired Skills: Strong computer skills (Windows application with an emphasis on Excel).
Solid organizational and tracking skills Ability to work with others in a team environment and at the same time be comfortable working alone on special tasks.
Previous material handling, shipping, or warehouse experience preferred Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
