*Position: Vice President of Construction*

* Maintain proactive and professional communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the construction process.
* *Project Management:*
* Oversee all phases of construction projects, from meticulous planning and budgeting to flawless execution and timely completion.
* Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints, meet regulatory requirements, and are delivered on schedule.
* *Team Development:*
* Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing construction team.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the construction department.
* *Vendor and Stakeholder Management:*
* Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
* *Quality and Safety:*
* Establish a pervasive safety culture among team members and vendors, enforcing rigorous quality and safety standards.
* Conduct safety training, investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, and lead safety initiatives.
* *Budget and Cost Management:*
* Develop and manage construction budgets, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
* Monitor financial performance, implementing strategies to control costs and optimize profitability.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous).
* Proven track record as a senior leader in the construction industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in executive-level management.
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
* Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage construction budgets.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coupled with the ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.
