The responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer position is as follows:
-Design and oversight of the Electrical systems for commercial and residential buildings.
- Coordinate with engineers and construction team to ensure quality, timelines and budget is met on projects
- Drafting when required.
- Review and redline drawings before submission to clients, engineers, contractors, etc
-Sign & sealing of Electrical drawings when ready for submission.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of architectural experience
- Fully licensed as an Electrical Engineer in Nevada and/or California and/or other states as well
-- Be willing to get licensed in other states through reciprocity of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, NC, NJ, NV, PA, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA and any other states we will do work in
- Revit or AutoCAD experience
-NCEES certified
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Thorough understanding of both residential and commercial construction, methodologies, and detailing - strong preference to those with construction experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work alone or in a small team
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and team-based orientation
