Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Technician to join our team.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and servicing refrigeration equipment.
This is a field service role that requires mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assemble refrigeration / hot side equipment at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration / hot side units
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and repair procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial cooking equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with tools
- Electrical understanding related to refrigeration systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical manuals
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
