Qualifications * Experience with Heavy Bid * FDOT Experience * Minimum 5 year experience * Civil Engineering degree or equivalent * Experience doing Take offs * English writing and speaking Job Duties * Review Bid Docs * Create estimate on heavy bid * Solicitate Vendor pricing * Solicitate Subcontractor pricing * Be able to present bid at bid reviews * Open to network at FTBA and construction associations * Visit project being pursuit.
* Overall good communication skills * Bilingual preferred Location: We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
