Commercial Roofing Inspector/Service Technician

Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance We are looking for a Roofing Inspector/Service Tech to perform roof inspections and service work on multifamily and commercial properties, which includes steep slope roofs.
We would prefer you have at least 5 years commercial roofing experience.
Be able to identify leaks and common roof deficiencies and make repairs as needed.
Posses the ability to set up and climb ladders.
Ability to operate manlifts is a plus.
A background in maintenance, general repair and construction is also preferred.
Must posses a valid Driver's License.
Position will travel throughout the United States 75% of the time.
Familiarity with a smartphone is essential in order to operate our roofing software.
This position requires an individual who is personable, speaks English fluently and can work independently at times.
