Looking for someone to visit one of our tenant occupied properties to go into the attic to remove possible pest (rat) that she keeps hearing.
Will need to ensure all openings are sealed with foam etc.
Ideal for someone familiar with pest control.
This needs to be completed today with pics to justify completion.
